The client struggled to track leads through to closure due to fragmented and standalone systems. Lead distribution and agent tracking were handled manually, resulting in inefficiencies and delays. Lack of system integration required agents to move back and forth between platforms, causing longer turnaround times. We developed native Android and iOS applications to empower insurance agents and streamline the end-to-end policy generation process. Salesforce was integrated for campaign and lead management, enabling automated lead distribution through backend workflows. Agents could manage leads, calculate premiums using an in-app premium calculator, and close policies directly through the mobile application. Secure payment gateway integration enabled instant online policy issuance.
